Very helpful for self improvement
I read this book when it first came out and found it to be very eye opening to how we self sabotage our lives. Our mental thoughts and daily habits make a difference. For happiness and achieving your dreams. Michelle helps you see what you need to change and gives you the tools to work it out and create plans for achieving your dreams and goals. Listening to this book has been a great refresher and helped me see and reevaluate how far I have come and what I need to keep working on. I highly recommend this book!

Keep listening.
The first few chapters I almost gave up on this book. The narrator related as though she was laughing at things that were not laughable, ending sentences as though surprised, and talking very swiftly. I haven't gone back to check but around the 5th or 6th chapter she calmed down and I could listen to what was being said more than how it was being said.
The content is well worth it.
