Resumen del Editor

Ed White was a college freshman and had moved into the dorm room of his new college with the help of his parents when he was mowed down by a car on his way back from lunch. Being an avid RPG player, Ed excelled at logic and reason, and when he enters the afterworld, he is met with a figure who offers him an appealing proposition: to reincarnate as Edward MacAra, a black magic user.

The only stipulation: Edward must save the universe from being taken over by the Demon Lord, Abraxas. Abraxas is thought to be dormant, but he is slowly taking over the surrounding villages, and Gilmore is next. Ed risks losing his own soul in the process if he is not able to prevent Abraxas from claiming the universe.

After deliberation, Ed reincarnates to the village of Gilmore as Edward MacAra, an eight-year-old boy. During the attribute assessment at school, Edward and his family find that he does not have a high enough level in strength to become a blacksmith and to follow in his father's footsteps, but rather possesses a uniquely high level of intelligence.

Edward talks his parents into letting him learn magic and to become an apprentice. His parents seek out an archmage named Hamon, who accepts him as his apprentice. Hamon brings Edward to his school, the Draererth Academy of Spells and Wizardry. There, Edward learns magic and finds his innate attribute threatens the other students.

Meanwhile, Abraxas attacks Gilmore. Edward is the first to find Abraxas as he storms the Draererth Academy of Spells and Wizards, but no one believes that Abraxas had arrived. Find out if Edward can save the students and the village of Gilmore in Reborn: Apprentice.

Reborn apprentice

The book was written very child like. The narrator did the job, but it sounds like a child.

Children story???

I think I did not realize that this was a children’s story when I picked it up. I think the best audience might be very young elementary school children. But if this was actually meant to be for adults then it is a terrible story, badly written. I must honestly say the only reason I finished this story was because it was so short. The main villain is a cartoon character virtually. Things happen for no apparent reason. I honestly felt that I was reading something done by some eight-year-old. There’s no way I can take the time to list all of the inconsistencies and stupid aspects of the story. And my last annoyance is this is not a litRPG story.

Reborn Apprentice: AKA How not to write a book.

This is bar none the worst book I have EVER read.
The plot holes are too numerous to count. The story blazes along like it wants to get to a specific point but it veers off to cover odd tangents that don't add to the plot. There is next to no world building and the main character pulls spells out of no where because he is the Mcguffin.
His interactions with his rival are laughable and childish at best, it's like walking in during the last five minutes of a movie and having missed the by-play except there was no by-play... ever. The villain who is named Abraxas, is random, spontaneous, and cartoonishly villainous. His motives make make no sense, why is such a "powerful" entity is trying to acquire weaker spell than he already knows makes no sense.

To top it all off while the voice actor pulls a decent number of voices out the main character's mentor sound like he is voiced by Microsoft Sam.

Do not buy this book!

There is no way this book should even be on the store. I’ve heard better book reports from 12 graders.
