great narrator, great story, lots of violence and crazy sci-fi monster stuff going on. glad I found the series.

Home run!

If you liked the Netflix series Sweet Home, then you’re going to love this. It’s tentacles will reach out and grab your attention for hours of fun.

I thought this was old

I am angry that this is already done. Can’t wait for the next season to come out.

love the characters love the story sometime a little repetitive but all in all it's was a great book

Very Pleased

I liked everything about this book. What would have made it better is if was even longer and even more detailed. Specifically in the inner workings of military strategy and maybe some scientific breakthrough based on the alien biology to advance humanity.

The narrator was excellent. I am anxious to listen to anything read by him now.

Fun story!

This story hooked me fast. It was reminiscent of alien at the beginning so my expectations weren’t too high. But it turned a different direction and I loved it. Can’t wait for next season.

Love this story

Great combination of sci-fi, horror and mystery. I thoroughly enjoyed season 1 and 2. Looking forward to season 3.

Liked first volume. LOVED this one!

The first book volume was goofy fun because it was basically Doom meets Dead Space. I enjoyed it but it really did have pacing issues and got kind of repetitive and limited due to being stuck in one place the whole time.

This volume has no such limitations and is exponentially better for it. The POV characters are also so much more interesting. It was less smiling along with video game-y nostalgia and more of a genuine tense alien invasion story as though John Carpenter and Tom Clancy had co-written a planetary take over thriller. The vignettes into other brief NPC character windows as the world falls apart was also really enjoyable and better than the first volume.

Aw, let me just skip to the part you’re really trying to check on- yes, this is Dead Space With Power Armor & Cyborg Samurai & Psychic Warriors The Novel. And I already want more!

The Only reason that I gave it 4 rather then 5 was because, it was only 23 hours long and the plot came to quickly it Left me wanting more; To some 23 hrs may be enough but not for me mauler, John, or the Archean himself.
