Gah! Glad it’s over!

The bulk of the story is incredibly tedious. The MMC says something (anything at all) and the FMC disagrees and does the opposite - and then they have sex. Every time they’re alone. It’s eye rolling and ridiculous. I fast forwarded a LOT!

The wrap up of the conflict was EXCELLENT and really well done. The narration was fantastic too.

But WOW it took forever to get there!

Awesome story line

Loved the story line. It keeps you guessing not a ordinary story line. It is going to be one of my faves and that is saying a lot due to I have listened to over 500 books been a audible listener for a few years

Much better than the first as far as the treatment of FMC! I have a problem with strong characters being used as dumb! Good read!

I love Leo

Leo is so hot 🥵 he made the book for me because Willow is f* stupid annoying and I found myself hoping she would get it together but god dam she acts like she’s 15 the hole time but Leo yessss

I disliked how Willow would never listen to what was best. It was so frustrating.

Final chapter to the storyline was actually very good. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it. I hope they have sequels to this first set of the story. I hope there’s something for Jack’s and Gavin. This is one of the very few series of books that I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Willow was hard to listen to in some parts

Overall I thought the book was really good. I had hoped towards the end Willow would not keep searching for constant reassurance from Leo. To be more confident in herself. You could see traces of that confidence emerge but then she would shrink back into her insecurities.
