Riveting plot, endearing quirky characters, and high, non-stop suspense

Terrific suspense that seems non-stop makes this series special. The quirky characters, including the dog, have captured my imagination as well as my heart. I can’t wait to get the next book.Very creative and exciting as well as beyond the usual and expected.
Reader is excellent. Easy to understand even in high tension scenes.
Fully recommend this series. Great lines in the humor department also.

The series kept you on the edge of your seat. Now looking for more on Shay.

Had some problems

This is a pretty good book but sometimes the wording is unclear. I don’t like how it ends and makes it seem like there will be anything series with the main character. The finish is not very conclusive.

Always Entertained..

I started reading Sanfords “Prey” books when they first hit the shelves. I have read at least 2/3rds oh his collection and I have never been bored or disappointed.. I will continue to read his books as long as he writes them..

I disliked that it took 3 books for the story to be finished and done.

I am so sorry it is over. The story line was intriguing and it moved without leaving you behind.

I’ve read other reviews that complained about this collaboration and the fact that this book is nothing like the other books by John Sanford but in my opinion this is narrow minded because this series is simply outstanding!
It is not a police drama like Sanford other books but let’s not forget his Kidd novels.
This book is filled with lavishly full characters that make you wish each one could have a series of their own.
The narration is outstanding.
This may be the end of the trilogy but I hope that the characters will continue in a new story!

Thrilling, so many unexpected twists and turns in the whole series - HAD to buy all three it was so good

Edge of my seat in so many different places. Can’t think of a thing I didn’t like.
