Very insightful audiobook. Lots of actual experiences and concrete suggestions about ways to deal with behaviors and how to encourage growth in children. Great discussions about age appropriate expectations.

My son’s freshman year didn’t go well. He wasn’t ready for high school, and we weren’t ready to be a parent to a teenager in high school. This book really helped understanding what my son is going through and what he needed from us.
