this book contains a lot of great insights about the importance of designing organizational training in general. The emphasis on focusing learning to match bisiness outcomes is key to focus on what matters most. The Bible for Instructional Designers
Really amazing work by Juliana and her team; this book is so good I actually applied to work at Oxygen (her company).
Business objective focused learning is incredibly impactful. If you are building a team or learning department, you MUST read this book.
