Must read for healthcare workers!
Read this as part of my coursework, working towards my BSN. The stories are great, and explanations help you explore different perspectives. The physical copy of the book does not match word-for-word with the reading, but it was great to be able to listen in my car on the way to work.

Every person in healthcare should read this book!
This book is informational, inspirational and fun!
I believe everyone who works in healthcare should read it.
The stories and examples will inspire you and some even haunt you months after you have read it. One thing is for sure - this book will have an impact on you as a leader, caregiver and a human being.
The patients we serve deserve the type of care that Erie showcases. Our mothers, brothers, sister and children deserve this type of care.
It will change how you approach your everyday work and give you tools, strategies and principles to improve the way care is delivered.
Highly recommend!
