Wonderful Meditation Experience

I really love this meditation. Layne Redmond starts with the common breathing technique, but afterward the sound of the drum will be incorporated as well as the explanation and visualization of the seven chakras.

This has been my #1 favorite meditation for years

Hands down my favorite guided meditation that I’ve ever done. I’ve probably done it hundreds of times over the years, I just can’t find another one that I like more! The drums and her voice and the act of saying the sounds out loud keeps me in the game and I can totally feel the electricity every time!
