two of the four hours for fluff

overall the book had some good insights for new property managers and for sustaining property managers however holistically the book was 50% fluff. I wish we had gotten into more details and more practical information knowledge. the author did at points get into detailed analysis of how to run a property management business however that was not the holistic point of the four-hour book and 50% of it was fluff.
