This needs a sequel

This was a very good book! The ending left me wanting more. Looking forward to the sequel!

Excellent Storyline, superb narration

What I dislike is… waiting for part 2. This book is worthy of the book club.

Very Interesting From Start to Finish

I can tell that there is going to be a sequel. The story can't just end like this. Though I found out who started the fire the question is why. So, I will anticipating the next book.

First of all Ma’am you can’t just be leaving us out here swangin and danglin like this. You know this isn’t right. You’re killing me smalls..lol. Lady, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS!!!

WHY🤷

The storyline is interesting but just ends without a rhythm or reason!! If you like cliff hanger storylines. This is the book for you. I would like to listen to Part 2 however.

I agree there were a multitude of characters to follow but I still enjoyed listening to it overall.

Too many characters to keep up with.
Never heard anymore about the NBA player after the realtor took him and Squirt to the house. Only to discover Squirt burned down the house they want even trying to buy.

The narrator was excellent. All those chapters only to end half azz. All those characters .

Where is the story?

All characters were identified and then the end. Still waiting for Darby to come back. I understand she was a realtor and that was it.

Where's the rest

I enjoyed getting to know the characters but with this ending, I need the sequel. It's been a quite a few years now, I need part 2 in order to tie this storyline together!
