PERFECTLY AND PEACEFULLY PREPARED
The guided imagery was beneficial, allayed my presugeryvfear and anxiety, resulting in a improved post surgical experience with reduced pain, improved sleep,and positive outcome. I commend this book. It would be beneficial in helping with sleep disorders. It would be advisable delete the "this is Audible" statement at conclusion. Perhaps place that in a 3rd chapter. My thanks and gratitude to the author. This is useful during the healing process. Helpful for any person desiring an aid with relaxation and/sleep. Beneficial with post traumatic stress. The background sound and music are conducive to relaxation and healing..This is one of Dr Hudson's best.
