Identical Strangers

Excellent story, with a surprise ending. What do you do when you have a vacation already planned, then the boss won’t let you go? How do you hide when you’re trying to escape your rich and controlling family? Find a stranger who looks like you, and assume her identity (with her blessing). The story was funny, and entertaining. In the end I had some questions left unanswered, but don’t let those pesky reality details infringe upon a wonderful story. It is a clean and light hearted romance, with a unique twist. I could see this being a film, along the lines of modern day adult version of Parent Trap. Narration was well done.

Fun Escape

I absolutely loved this book! I listened to the audio version, and the narrator, Malorie Wallen, brought the story to life in the best way. Her performance was engaging, and she captured the humor and emotion of the characters perfectly. The plot itself was so entertaining, lighthearted, funny, and full of heart.

Harper Sutton seems to have it all, but her picture-perfect life is a cage built by her controlling parents. On the day of her arranged marriage, she escapes through a bathroom window, and that’s where things get exciting. Enter Indigo Maxwell, a marketing exec with a vacation she can’t take and a brilliant idea: let Harper take her place. What starts as a temporary escape quickly spirals into a whirlwind of unexpected romance, hidden identities, and a twist that totally caught me off guard.

This was such a fun and refreshing read. It’s perfect for fans of rom-coms with a dash of suspense and a lot of heart. Highly recommend!

What an enjoyable sweet, clean romance! I listened to this book in one sitting. It had my attention from the start. Escaping out the bathroom window in her expensive wedding dress! A crazy story where Harper takes on another girl's identity so she can go on vacation. Yes. Strange. Read it you'll love it too. Yes, she falls in love with a single dad and his daughter. The Lies. The feelings. The sweetness. It's all so entertaining.
5 stars for the narrator, too. She presented this story beautifully.

Excellent listening experience

I absolutely loved the story, and the narrator did a fabulous job! I am definitely going to listen to other books from this author, and I would love to hear other books read by the narrator, she was great!
