A Godsend

I have struggled to pray aright for too long. These wise words from Dr.Packer amazingly accurately analyzed and diagnosed my trouble. In sum I had forgotten the character and position of the One to Whom I was praying, and likewise forgotten who and what I the prayer truly am in my heart/mind/soul. Thank you Holy Spirit for giving us the great puritan teacher J.I. Packer!

Short, But Worthy

This is my first experience with J. I. Packer, but I found his words both enlightening and thought provoking. His down to earth style and heartfelt words are a balm to those struggling to pray rightly.

The scriptural references point to a deeper conviction of the content.
Prayer is both thorough and concise; which is for me, the easiest style and structure for retention.
