Great second book
It's a good book to the series, although its goes from "Building a ODA" and survival teachings from concrete jungle to "How to be a warlord" but in rural America. More strategic and less tactical. Good read, but I feel that most things in concrete jungle will help people most but the most rural areas. Like towns under 1000 people.
