I listened to this audiobook with my two teenage boys on a long road trip, and I'm so glad we did. This audiobook provided a clear and engaging introduction to personal finance, making complex topics easy to understand.

Prosper Press has delivered exactly what I wished I would have listened to growing up so that I could have properly learnt to invest my money, save, and budget, instead of wasting it (I could have bought so many stocks instead of video games LOL!). My fave thing I got from this title was that it helps the listener pay attention to something I had not come across is similar books in the past: the idea to control our EMOTIONS when making purchases. Something SO important that is so overlooked. If we can control our emotions then we can be budget more, and if we can budget more then we can save more, and if we can invest more then we can invest more! It’s a chain that has massive compounding effects. It all starts in the mind. This is an excellent title for not only newbies to saving, budgeting, credit, and more, but most middle aged people I know could do with listening to this too lol.

Lots to learn!

These are the skills that aren't taught in school, so there's lots of learn for teens here! I liked how it was written and narrated in a way that's simple and easy to follow. It covers many relevant sections like how to budget properly and where to look for savings, which I feel like are important skills to learn early on in life. A great resource!

Better than a lecture

My daughter is 17. We’ve had some money talks before, but they usually turn into arguments. I tried giving her this audiobook instead. She said it was easy to follow and not boring. Now she’s looking for ways to earn money on the side, and we even made a budget together. This helped us both.
