I’m not a teen myself, but I found this audiobook to be fantastic. These life skills should be taught in schools to be honest.

I’ll personally make use of some of these skills in my day to day life. Very insightful and well narrated.

Life skills to go from young adult to adult!

This was a very thorough book, really making sure to teach the skills that everyone laments aren’t taught in school. Some of it seems obvious but to me that’s so much better than leaving things out for people who don’t know.

This book goes through so much from practical life skills, teaching about loving yourself, FINANCES! And so much more. Just will hopefully leave some practical things to take away from for any teenager who reads this because they picked it up, or more likely, were given it by an adult in their life.
