The other, the disappearance of an African American teen who is the epitome of a good student. Can Jess navigate through the politics of wealth, gangs and racial tension to get to the truth and also save a young man?
Let’s not forget the escalating sexual tension between Jess and Chief Dan Burnet!

Glitch in Audio Book
Really loved the story. One of Debra Webb's most multilayered. I adore the ensemble feel of the characters in this story. There are so many interconnection.
Now to a problem there is a Audio glitch in major chapter revelation. One minute the narrative then the narrative switches to a previous chapter. YIKES
