I'm new to power animals so I learned a great deal from this book.
However, the narrator made me want to take a nap and it bothered me that he continually referred to the author as Gary rather than Gerry.
I think it'd be fantastic if read by a more vibrant narrator.

Excellent Companion to the Shamanic Journey
"Power Animals" was an amazing audiobook. I found it extremely informative for learning more about journeying with guides and spirit animals or animal companions. I absolutely loved the part about the opossum which I can relate to.
This audiobook can be listened to as either a stand alone or I would recommend listening to it as a companion to "The Shamanic Journey." Both are excellent. I liked these two so much that I'm actually interested in the third book by this author. These are super enlightening especially if this is something you're interested in as I am.
Charles Henderson Norman does a fabulous job narrating this audiobook. It's as if he's telling you his own story. He has a nice tone and quality that fits well with the subject matter. I find his voice relaxing. This was a good match with author/reader.

Good Compqny on a Journey Makes the Way Shorter
Author Garry Starnes takes a vast, complex subject and explains it in accessible, understandable terms. The narration performance by Charles Henderson Norman enhances and supports the material very well.
