With the Catholic Church comprised of over 1 billion people, and it’s positive influence much beyond that, Pope Saint John XXIII lived at an apex of history and social change that was global. But far from being an observer, there by happenstance, he was a key actor who launched a rich and beautiful renovation of Catholicism which has had universal impact for the good of all humanity.
