Struggling with mental health issues can be lonely. The world, to the sufferer, is not bright and vibrant, but rather dark and bleak. We long to see the beauty, but it is difficult to navigate the caverns of depression. The light is always seen, but is just out of reach.
This is a collection of poems written by someone who has been afflicted with mental health struggles for more than half their life. The words are open, honest, pure. Take a beautiful journey through an otherwise dark world. You are not alone. You are loved, you are special. You can fight this and beat the demons down.
