This is basically a heartfelt glimpse into the author's diary as she attempts to suss out meaning from her recent personal tragedies. It's a very personal look into her thoughts and beliefs. This feeling and sincerity is reflected in her narrating it as likely only she could herself do.

Mrs. Lumas invites us to journey through pain with her as she processes her grief in her Catholic way. It was nice to hear it in her own voice as they were her thoughts, feelings and words. The production quality and narration were pretty good.

Heartfelt Catholic musings on death

The author's life with her parents is the phase I'm entering. My parents are not in good health and my dad is battling Alzheimer's disease. This collection of inner thoughts by this author are so relatable to me it really touched my heart. The narration is also beautifully done at just the right tone & pace for the subject matter.

As quick as this was, it was a very enjoyable listen. You could really feel the emotion and pain within the authors writings.Very touching read.

A beautiful compilation. Giselle Lumas shares a glimpse of her life during a very emotional time. I felt her pain, anger, frustrations, etc, and really appreciated her honesty. Thank you for sharing.
