Great story with business and military aspects
I've loved the Phule's Series since I first discovered it. The elements of Science Fiction, business, and military background story blend into a fun read with a thousand high points in every book!
Great characters, good insights into people and processes, and a lot of simple fun too.

Great fun, but a bit dated
I really enjoyed it, but there are a few parts to the story, which I won't spoil, that date the piece. There is some subtle sexism and racism. I don't see any of it as misogynistic or bigoted and just chalk it up to it being just an unpleasant aspect of the era in which it was written.

ok pretty good
I like the first book and this is more of the same which is good but I don't feel like there's any real tension we know that the end of the day our hero and his merry men / women are going to come out ahead admittedly the ending dude hold promise of more interesting and dangerous adventures in the future final verdict a good sequel optimistic about the next book
