Confusing for Beginners

Confusing techniques for memorizing objects, especially for beginners . Was looking to enhance my own memory technique. Michael Jordan dunking a basketball on a microwave....now what was that about??? Narrator was good.

This book has tons of useful suggestions and the narration is great. I definitely have some new ideas to help my memory.
