Sander Flaum
Sander A. Flaum was an up-and-coming group product manager when the president of Lederle Laboratories (now Pfizer) posed the following question to a group of employees: What will be your legacy? How do you want to be remembered?
Sander, a stutterer who'd overcame so much to rise to the top in the corporate world, never forgot those words or the inspiration they provided. On that day, he vowed to make a difference. For the last 50 years he has done just that, helping people achieve their goals in his roles as CEO and chairman of Euro RSCG Becker and founder of Flaum Navigators, but also as a mentor, teacher, and philanthropist.
An inspiration by example, he believes success comes to those who fall but get back up, lose but don't accept loss, and succeed because they WILL NOT fail.
This is Sander's story.
