Excellent example of a true family bond

Great story line and very few moments without excitement. Loved every book. Once again Bobby makes the pages come to life.

Legit ending.

I like this ending. However, not love. I am spoiled and would like books that are 15 hours and a new one is out monthly. Akart with Mr. Pierce narrating is a great combo.

My first review in a very long time.

I have read or listened to well over a hundred of these type books but rarely leave a review. I thoroughly enjoyed the series and thought it was well done. The story line had just the right number of characters. The plot was well designed and came across as a realistic storyline. I also appreciated the lack of so much gore that many of these books have. As always Kevin Pierce is the master narrator and enhanced the appeal of the book. I shall look for another book written by Bobby Akhart to listen too. Well done.

Great Series!

Grabs you from the beginning. A great build up of characters. I hate that it’s the final book of the series, but ends in a way that just maybe…..

This is a good series that I would recommend.
General EMP story that’s plausible.
Looking forward to the authors other series.

Prepare For Tomorrow

Great series! Loved the characters. Ending was ok but maybe some loose ends. What happens to Vita? What happens with Fred and his group and the dynamics living with John and family? Will they see the military return for their retribution? All can be left to one’s imagination. Still was a great series. Thank you Bobby!

Must-listen story and performance

The story kept me on my toes. Anything read by Kevin Pierce is a winner.

This was another great story. Not only did it keep you connected it also gave you ideas to be prepared if you ever need to protect your family. I can't wait for the next series to listen to.

Epic ending to an amazing series

I really enjoyed this series. I'm a fan of Bobby Akart and have come to expect certain things from his books. He did not disappoint with this book or this series. He created characters that were lovable and some that I easily disliked. He has a way of creating a family unit that you can't help but cheer on and become emotionally invested with. Yes, this is fiction, but the author does a great job to making it believable. It is clear to me that he puts in a good amount of research. I enjoy the "nerdy" facts that are always included in his books. I have no doubt I will continue to read books by this author and I encourage others to give his books a try as well.
