Oh, how fun it was to go back to Treasure cove and see some amazing characters again. I loved this case and how close to the wire it came to making Christmas dinner not happen. Great detectives work all hours and luckily they solved the case just in time.

Great Cozy Mystery
Sabrina Carlson wants her family home for Christmas but now her daughter is old enough and she is investigating a murder. So now wit David retired and moved away from Treasure Cove to the Ashford Community. This is a quick, easy, clean cozy mystery as Meredith Potts does a great job maintaining interest. Stephanie Quinn is a great narrator. Enjoy your read.

Peppermint Latte with A Side of Murder
Sabrina and Dave Carlson are both still enjoying their retirement and the coming holidays with family. Then two things happen-- she runs out of butter for her cookies and her daughter, Jessica, calls to let her know that because of a case she might not make it to the family dinner. A murder investigation on Christmas Eve may ruin b plans but there's always a chance for a holiday miracle.
Stephanie Quinn is a fantastic narrator whose voice soothes you but draws you into the story.

I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. I was impressed and enjoyed the vocal variety & inflections of narrator Stephanie Quinn. I look forward to reading more in this series & from this author. *SPOILER* Hold it. The Carlson's have moved? Retirement? Jessica is a detective? (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Great Read
Peppermint Latte with a Side of Murder was a great read by Meredith Potts. Sabrina would like to have her family together for Christmas, but her daughter was in the middle of investigating a murder. I always love these short episodes of this series, loving the characters and the solving of the murders. Always listen while doing my hobbies. Looking forward to the next one. The narration is good.

Cute
Peppermint Latte with a Side of Murder is a cute, short cozy mystery. Appropriate for about any age, it’s the perfect length to listen while I put together a quick supper. The narrator gave a nice performance.
