Thoughtful and readable

Although I do not know much about this topic, this book seemed like an excellent introduction to Eastern Orthodox spirituality. It is a nice balance of history, philosophy, and lived experience. It presents these topics sympathetically and from the viewpoint of a practitioner, however, also does not shy away from Internal tension and or potential problems or contradictions.

What a good book! So much wisdom packed in a small book to help us better live in the freedom and presence of God.

I liked it so much I kept listening over and over.

Good connection with the Eastern Christian. Normally I would pass over with one listen. I'm looking forward to getting another one.
