One of the things I liked best is the straight-forward statement that it's important to go beyond quick fixes, to really understand the psychology behind my past, and to lean into tangible changes I can make. For example, to work on developing a growth mindset, to engage in goal setting and milestones so that I can see evidence of the progress I am making. Plus so many other great strategies I can put to good use. I am looking forward to listening to this audiobook a second time and taking notes!

I recently started a business and although things were going well, I couldn't get over the imposter syndrome I kept having. I looked for so many books that could maybe help me overcome it or navigate it but I couldn't find any. My friend recommended me this one and I wow, it was exactly wanted I needed in my life.
