I am truly grateful for this book. If you have ever been in a toxic relationship, you'll know how life consuming it can be - the advice on rediscovering you, is invaluable. I honestly feel empowered after listening to this book. There were multiple moments where I was nodding along and smiling to the advice thread throughout. Embracing the 27 emotions can be tricky - but I am keen to embrace the next steps after my breakup with thanks to this book!

Great Information

There are interesting, powerful words from this audiobook that I had never heard before, things like who you are and what you want from your life to regain control and purpose. When I listened to the story of the holocaust survivor, it was sad because I didn't know much of their history; the information that I gained from the story was how to ease your stress and anxiety. Of course, if we don't find ways to overcome stress, we will return to our old habits and not improve our character. Learning new information is better for your mind and health.

A Journey to Heal Yourself!

That sentence really stood out to me because we’re always trying to fix others. This book is very informative. I learned about Negative biases, how narcissism is linked to Cognitive disorders, how to use Affirmations effectively, Gratitude prompts, Boundaries and 8 Core areas of self care. And. I’m only scratching the surface. Everyone will benefit from reading this book. And, together we can make great leaps in relationships.
