The is most interesting for the outdated language. Murray is one of the pioneers of space travel stories, but this story is more about advertising. It is less entertaining than Pohl's THE SPACE MERCHANTS, which was printed two years before this. Unless you just love Science Fiction History, skip this and get Pohl's book.

soft but fun
This is definitely not “hard science fiction”. Yet it is a lot fun. A classic old space opera. I enjoyed it quite a lot, especially all the silliness.
