Thrilling Romantic Suspense!

Intriguing characters and a sensational story! This 2 book series has it all. I listened to both books back to back. The narrator makes the characters come alive. Awesome listen!

Mattie & Kyle's next chapter!

If you are looking for a good suspenseful book, grab this one. It is the continuation of Maura Burd's Only for You, and should be listened to after the first book, as it does follow a lot of the first story. Mattie and Kyle are on the road to happiness. Life has gotten on track from their upheaval of life, and both are loving their paths and each other. With an unsuspected relative coming to town though, all things begin to change, and every move is becoming suspect. Is Kyle just being over cautious or is there something awry? I love seeing where couples go, and this is a great way to get to see a glimpse past their happily ever after. There are new characters introduced, from the sexy Gabriel to Mattie's relative, Gail and the return of others that we get to know a little better. It's fast paced, keeps you guessing and makes you want more! I enjoyed this next chapter of Mattie and Kyle.

Ashley Taylor continues the narration and I loved it! She enhances the story with her voices, remaining consistent with those from the first audio, and uses nuances and inflections to give the right suspenseful feels. She was incredible.

I really live this narrator. She does a great performance of changing her voice and nuances. I also enjoyed the story. It’s hard to find a good romantic suspense and this was very suspenseful! It’s also exciting and different.

Just when you think its over.

Nice completion to Matties story. 4 hrs makes it a good size to make some weekend housework more bareable. Recommend you get part one first so you find all about Kyles brother. Well read.

wow intoxicating

the way this stoy unfolds is like a wet dream come to life torchering every fiber of my being making me warm moist and intoxicated from one eye popping ravenous word to the next. This story was definitely smokin hot with an intriguing storyline that kept me thirsty excited and on edge from the very beginning to the jaw dropping end!!!!
I love the storyline the narrator the overall story was fabulous of five ☆☆☆☆☆ read !!!!!!

Only for You Too

These two just don’t have any luck when it comes to getting holes into dangerous situations. Luckily for us there is a happy resolution and hopefully they will be able to enjoy their future without any more danger.... or not. I would love to hear more with these two.

I received a free review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book.

Exciting and amazing

This is a must listen to book, the story and narrators are amazing. Danger and passion in this short story.

Any good elements are dimmed by the lack of sense

Firstly, the narrator does an excellent job. I’d recommend listening if you chose to read this story.


I read my review for the first book because I didn’t quite remember what happened. I wrote about being annoyed that Maddie makes so many stupid choices, but I thought maybe I was exaggerating; unfortunately, this book is all about Maddie being totally clueless. I don’t know why the author chose to have Maddie be so gullible; so dense. I do not want to read about a character without any common sense. There are so many red flags, but Maddie just doesn’t catch on. I don’t know how she’s made it this far through life. Then she’s a liar too, which totally ruined the romance. Some possible spoilers ahead! This random woman tells Maddie she’s her half sister with very little evidence, and what she offers is something that can be easily faked. I won’t say whether or not she’s actually her sister, but come on! Get more proof before you let some stranger into your life. Especially since her sister is horrible and rude, but Maddie just goes along with everything with barely a second thought. Then some random guy happens to run into you multiple times; one of the times you happen to have a flat on your car, and you barely bat an eyelash. Then you are invited to someone’s house that has been traumatized and needs some help, but you think it’s totally fine to invite someone that is a complete stranger to the person whose house you are going to; without even asking the person whose house you are going to, so rude! Then you are in distress and you call some stranger you barely met twice! What in the heck! Actually, what is up with this town!? There are so many shady and/or rude people in this town; it’s time to move Maddie! Sorry for the rant, but man, her character bothered me so much. You don’t need a completely gullible character to have them get into dangerous situations. Plus side, Kyle had some shining moments and there are a couple sweet moments between Maddie and Him. I went 2 stars for the story because there are some entertaining moments; I gave the first book 3 stars, but went a star less this time because Maddie’s idiocy was upped in this book and it’s hard to appreciate any of the positives in the story. Maddie may not bother others as much as me and the story does have some interesting scenarios, so give it a listen and decide for yourself.
