Cute and heartfelt

Short but sweet and satisfying. A great clean love story. Excellent narration. I can't wait to spend more time with the Romeo family!

Very enjoyable listen!!!

This was such a fun beginning book to introduce the Romeo family to readers. I've been watching the author's newsletter as each Romeo family member's book was released and kept thinking they would be great reads. Well, I wasn't wrong. I really enjoyed it.

Piper is so close to achieving her dream. She's put up with a lot from her boss to get to the point where she will be able to display her photographs. And hopefully gain more recognition. She takes a little detour when her day is interrupted by a stranger and a couple boys. I loved her ability to be spontaneous and enjoy the detour. It was so fun to watch Piper and Noah (aka the stranger) have fun just being in the moment of life. With an upcoming big event that Piper had, I loved that she recognized that she could also live and find joy in her life.

The conversation and banter between Piper and Noah was fun. He has a little bit of a secret and Piper is in the dark about that. The reader knows as well as the other characters. It was fun how the author wrote that into the story and created a little suspense as the reader is waiting for the big reveal. There's a Christmas movie that my family and I enjoy and the premise of this book has some similarities which I really enjoyed. I think that premise is one of my favorite tropes.

There are some ups and downs of course in their story but overall it was a sweet and perfect day. Minus the hiccups. ;-)

Now I really want to read Zoe's story (Noah's sister).

One Perfect Book

I love this book! I’ve read it twice already, and I throughly enjoyed the audible. It beautifully sets up the story of the other five Romeo siblings. Jennifer creates characters who are real, people I root for and feel like I know.
For the most part, I enjoyed the audible. Sometimes the accents didn’t resonate with me, but not so much to detract from a wonderful love story.
It was a good experience listening to One Perfect Day. I think everyone who enjoys a sweet, charming love story should listen to this book. PS

A sweet love story

I loved this story. I guessed Noah’s identify from his and Piper’s meeting. It had me intrigued as I knew there had to be something too perfect about the day the two shared. But it was a fun book and I would love to finish the series.

Great first book of a series

Jennifer has done a good job of setting the stage for her series. In this book, Noah wants to just be himself, not the superstar artist he is. Piper wants her shot at making in big without losing who she is.

Majel does a nice job narrating the story.

I can't wait to see what happens in the next book.
