Written in the style of an investigative reporter, this 290 page nonfiction book is simply the most exhaustive, comprehensive book about the history and anthology of "Occupy Wall St.". This is the definitive book on the state of American political dissent in the early 21st century, and it ends with a prediction of mass civil unrest in the US and other capitalist countries due to the extreme concentration of wealth in favor of the top 1%.

Would you listen to Occupying America: We Shall Overcome again? Why?
Definitely, it is packed with information that you really need to listen to a few times to fully get the benefit of the book. What did you like best about this story?
This book is part history of how Occupy Wall Street and We are the 99% got started, and part manifesto for continuing their struggle against oppression and inequality. It was very interesting, very informative and well-documented. It covers a portion of history that most of us have recently lived through but do not fully understand. These movements have been misrepresented/vilified by the media, so I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes being informed. The author, like most folks, has an eclectic mix of ideas that cannot easily be classified as belonging to any particular political party. The book is written in a popular style although it covers history and policy issues. It is very intriguing.Have you listened to any of Locust & Honey Publications’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes, I am a fan. This book fulfills the standard of quality I have come to expect from those folks. What’s the most interesting tidbit you’ve picked up from this book?
The modern-day debtors prison in Illinois was news to me.Any additional comments?
