Sweet book

This is the first book I've read/listened to by Corinne Michaels and I really enjoyed it. Callum is an alpha male who sees Nicoles and knows he wants her. Nicole has been hurt in the past and also now she consults with Callum so doesn't want to get involved but they have so much chemistry. This is a relatively low angst book, definitely an easy read.

As for the audiobook, Andi Arndt and Shane East are really premiere narrators and honestly, I could listen to these two read anything. Shane East with his gorgeous accent but he plays American characters so well as well. Andi was totally opposite, fantastic female and male voices (one of my favorite in the business) but also, affected an English accent as appropriate. They totally elevated the story so while I enjoyed the overall story, listening (via Audible escape) has been a true pleasure.

Great addition to the series

I am so happy that the snarky, fun Nicole gets her HEA!! As emotional as the last book was, even with serious content, this book was lighter and fun! Great story!

Another Awesome Book

From start to finish I enjoyed this entire book (book 3 in this series). Loved the character Nikki's story and liked that the friends from the first 2 books are included. Friendship, love betrayal, intrigue, fun, steamy thrill ride with a great ending! And you can't go wrong with Andi Arndt and Shane East narrating.
Another must read from a great author Corinne Michaels.
Starting book 4 to finish this series and have high hopes that it too will be another great listen!

I think I’m either IN LOVE with Nicole or she is my spirit animal because I have loved her since the first book and I knew that her love story would be amazing. Way to make me cry during a sex scene where she literally says I want the D. She is crass and like the BEST FRIEND on here. I love her and I love how Callum compliments her crazy ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 10/10 I have recommended!

Narration

The male narrator was horrible, but ut was a good book. I am excited to start the next one.

Loved it

Absolutely loved Shane East's performance. Andi's british accent was not always the best but it didn't really bother me. They really made me feel the whole story

Love this series

Corinne Michaels is definitely becoming one of my favorite authors to read in this genre. I love the way she tells the characters individual stories. Especially in a series like this that involves multiple characters having their own books. She is good at adding just enough about each of the supporting characters in every book. The first book I read in this series was Heathers story which I loved, and now I just finished Nicoles and cant wait to read the next! I highly recommend this series and author.

Opposites

This was a quirky romance with a tight friendship between for very different women. Nicole is the wild one and it took some time to warm up to her. At times I thought her friends were angels for putting up with her. And then she started to grow on me because she really was crazy and funny. When a drop dead gorgeous Brit enters her life the fun begins. Callum was amazing, and while he seemed to be the opposite of Nicole his pursuit of her actually made me appreciate Nicole more.

Great Story; Crass Language

I enjoyed the storyline, and the continuing friendship of the 4 girls amidst the love story between Nicole & Callum. I found the constant profanity from Nicole unnecessary and crass; and the story would have unfolded fine without constant references to anal sex.

The female narrator was excellent as always; the male narrator was not my preferred British accent, but overall did a commendable job.

Overall, I enjoyed the book.
