Life Imitating Art

It was so interesting to first listen to the audiobook "Nonverbal Epiphany" and then to actually see the topics of the book play out in front of my eyes when I was out in public! I could see real-life examples that were talked about in the audiobook immediately after the author brought them to my attention. For instance, I was listening to the part about an eyebrow flash as a greeting and then I saw people actually do it when they met each other!

I was amazed to learn about all of the nonverbal cues that I previously did not notice. I now understand other people and myself in a more accurate way.
