loved it

I love this audiobook but I didn't want it to end I wanted to hear more hope there's a part 2 to this*

Good story

I have enjoyed this heartfelt story of two young ladies growing up in the Bronx.

So disappointed

While this was a good read, the ending really pissed me off. Not even sure if I want to read the second part, even though it doesn't even seem to be available anywhere anyway.

Wish the ending was a bit more.

Interesting enough for what it is. It makes me wonder what happened to SO many of the characters. I hate when that happens. Puts you in the mind of celebrities out here now. I did notice how the reader of the book got better as we delved deeper into the book, that was a plus.

It was an amazing well written captivating story to draw you in and leave you desiring more.

Had such potential but left me in the dark needs part 2

This book kept me interested for the most part! I can agree there are parts of the story that are drawn out for example the rapping but once I got past that I was still engaged and me wanting more. The ending however, very disappointing! I’m still so very confused as to what happened! The build up was amazing and then the author just dropped the ball! I understand each parties feelings but that’s it. Will there be a part two? It surely needs one! A short story or something!

this story is like a run on sentence. there are no captivating moments and these characters are BORING. glad i didn't have to spend a credit for this.

Loved it!

The narration was great. Each character was presented beautifully. There is a deep appreciation for the nuances, changing in language, and context. Very pleased with the overall story and performance.

I don't like the way it ended but overall ot was a good book...I wonder if the next 1 is related to this 1 and where is it..lol
