Really useful book

As a first-time father tbh I was quite scared of what awaits me. You aren't presented with a manual about how to be a parent, but this book is as close as you're going to get. Everything you need to know from pregnancy through to the first year. Thoroughly recommend.

Great Book for Expecting Fathers

As a mother, there are so many things that we spend time researching during the pregnancy journey, and sometimes our husbands seem to wait until the last minute to know what to expect or just leave it up to us. However, Jaxon has done all the research for the men and all the information a woman would want her partner to know if packed into this short audiobook. If you are expecting, I would highly recommend that you gift this to your husband or the father-to-be, as it is an excellent resource.

Great guide!

Being a new dad is one of the most challenging things so any kind of book that can decipher and explain what can one expect is a non negotiable. I have listened to a couple of them, but this one was specially good. As a mum myself, I appreciate a guide that takes into account the perspective of the mother and helps the dad understand better what is she going through. I find that a lot of men expect that their wives are going to be the same person, so it is important for me that this is taken into account. As a nice addition, the narration is great and it feels really easy and light to listen to.

Good Resource

This book covers all of the things a new father needs to know. The part of the book related to preparing the baby's room and the home for the baby covers a lot that I'm sure first time dads have not really thought about before. There is so much that goes into having a baby, giving birth, and bringing a baby home. It's a nonstop cycle of stress and excitement. You have to take it as it comes unless there is a way to prepare. You can't prepare for everything. It's important to have a roadmap to reduce your stress level. The more relaxed the dad can be, the more relaxed the mom will be...and the more relaxed the baby will be. Babies pick up on how the people around them are feeling. Your goal should be to have a calm environment. The more calm there is the more you can enjoy the little moments that you will treasure. Learn as much as you can. Prepare as much as you can. Enjoy each moment you have with your baby.

It can be both exciting and overwhelming to have a kid. There is a ton of stuff to do and consider. However, this book aids in preparation and decreases stress.
Dads must maintain their composure because doing so promotes relaxation in the mother and the child. This book is amazing and the ideal resource for soon-to-be fathers. It offers advice on how to deal with, enjoy, and live during pregnancy with your partner. This book covers both the fundamentals and all the stuff you never considered. I recommend to all new fathers to check out this book.

I loved this audiobook, it's a must

I highly recommend this audiobook on fatherhood, it’s a very detailed guide for first timer dad. It gives plenty of useful advice, while being realistic by mentioning the challenges and the anxiety that comes with a pregnancy. The author made his audiobook sounds very personal while being helpful and informative. I personally loved the fact that he talked about fatherhood, but also it's challenges and the importance of supporting the moms. A must-read for any new fathers!

It's teamwork!

I'm a mom-to-be and I got this book for my husband. He's super excited but also a bit nervous about becoming a dad. I'm so glad that this book exists, it's an awesome guide for dads-to-be! The book tells them everything they need to know about pregnancy, childbirth, and taking care of the baby. My husband loves how it's written in an easy way, like a wise "dad friend" giving him advice and guiding him. The author also talks about what moms go through (which i really appreicate) and how dads can help and be awesome partners. It truly takes a team for a great pregnancy to happen. It even helps dads take care of themselves too. If you're gonna be a new dad, this book is what you need. i highly recommend it! :) p.s. get it for your husbands!
