Excellent read.. er.. listen?
Great overview of how to understand the bible through the lens of covenants, and the implications of living in the new covenant. The Audible audiobook had several repeated sentences throughout the book, the audio editing was not on point, but the content was great.

Excellent.
I had no idea previously that the middle east had multiple types of covenants that were normal in their cultures and among kings. Well researched book, full of Scripture references.

Wonderful presentation of truth
Most have little revelation of true new covenant theology. Jonathan truly buries and throws dirt on old covenant mindsets of our new covenant in Christ. Please take the time to read or listen to this book. You will never see life the same.

Finally someone who properly expounded on covenants and what took place. May even say rightly dividing the word of truth.
Very refreshing to hear someone not regurgitate traditional denominational cherry picked doctrines of men, taken out of context. It's wonderful to hear someone keep everything in context of it's time and make it so simple for anyone who truly wants to understand able to.
