Clear understanding of what neural feedback is.
This book clearly outlined in the beginning with what it is and what it is not that was very helpful to know that it is clearly just going over the basis. It’s not teaching you how to do it.

Expert narrator
I enjoyed Michael’s inspiring first hand experience with neuro feedback as well as his passion for bringing it into wider use.
Because the narrator and the author are one and the same, listening to the book felt more like a conversation and less like a narration.
I’m inspired to continue my research and experience of neuro feedback and this book has set the ground work and answered many of my questions. Thank you Michael!
