Wow! I was in a 28 years relationship since I was 14 years old and did not know there were attachment styles and boy did this hit home. This has been an absolute game changer for me. I sent this to 5 friends already who are struggling. Definitely a must ready for anxious attachers… Or anyone. I’m sure I will read this again!
