Throughout the audible, there are plenty of pop art articles and examples of how narcissism is ruining the world. To me at least it just comes down to essential personal nature and how we are all experiencing from excess. The authors do provide some interesting observations like how narcissists grow overly positive and this undermines their appearance.

if you want to get experience and a 'feel' of what narcissistic character disorder is, buy this audible, it'll give you a very good grounding. If you want therapy ideas, or clinical theory don't. The audible is profoundly based on a theory which may or may not be your cup of tea; as with much other counseling works a few of the theories are imaginative but hard to tie back

it was a kind of unease, as I realized I had signs of both an enabler as great as of a narcissist (apparently many have at least a few indications of narcissism, but exact full-blown "narcissistic character disorder" is somewhat rare), although there were excellent practical suggestions as to how to subdue them （as well as, interestingly, for how to synchronize with narcissists).

The work explained every aspect of my experience and assisted me to understand the devices of narcissism, the exhibitions, and good coping mechanisms.
