This book and Demetra’s thoughts on the symbolism of the dark moon phase have been very eye opening for me. Her ideas are thought provoking and given me a lot to take into consideration as I take on life and its ebb and flow.

This is a provocative book that invites us to pull back layers of the cyclical nature of energies, thoughts and experiences that inform how may we embody or manifest life.

Must read for transitioning life events

This book really brought together years of knowledge and integrates it into wisdom about how to move through the ancient cycles of life and growth. It’s deeply personal and also expansive into a very high spiritual realm. Taking in many traditional beliefs and knowledge and putting it into real life examples. It’s validating and inspiring and I highly recommend it.
