I read the book (twice)! 👍 Now to have it read to ME by the author HIMSELF is doubly fantastic!!!!! 👏👏👏 What a wonderful voice! So smooth and soulful! Especially nice for this NDE subject matter! The Audible book gave me a whole new and meaningful dimension to understanding this wonderfully powerful true account of the authors experience with the after life. I really really really enjoyed it!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I would because I found that listening to this NDE Story read to me especially by the Author is even better than reading the Story to myself mentally or aloud...

I listen to this NDE Afterlife Story of Michael William AngelOh through my pillow speaker at night which helps me to rest and sleep evermore deeply...

Author reading his own book made it very difficult to get use to.

While the story was compelling it was repetitive and the narrators voice was not good for this! I would love to take his classes! He has a voice and demeanor that's relaxing and draws my spirit. I have problems with my eyes, hence I "read" audiobooks. However I had to fight staying engaged because I wanted to sleep or relax so much I lost the story line. Thank goodness for rewind 😄 THANK YOU for being willing to tell your story. God Bless all who read!

i feel bad about writing this...

I feel bad about writing this but the authors voice was scary & creepy. I think his intention was probably to sound safe & soothing.

Not as good as good as I thought

I hate that I just can’t listen to this.

I love this story and info. I get that having the Auther read their own book really brings out the story. But I just can not do this older gentleman breathe speak soft muffed whispering in my ear. I understand the auther is an older gentleman but I would have chosen to have another reader read this book. I just can’t listen. It makes me cringe.

Whispering Narrator... extremely detailed

Narrator voice is an odd whisper-talk . That fact coupled with the
wordy writing style proved too much for what seems to be a great experience. Sorry to say I had to stop listening just around the best part (when he Finally surfaces) I just couldn't take the whisper talk any longer.

What is this???

I have just bought this book and tried to listen to it, but the guy is whispering the whole thing! How can you support such a bad read, Audible? I have never had so much problem listening to a book as I've had with this one. This is the worst narrator in the history of Audible. I dont care if it is the author reading or what, all I expect is that they read it in a clear tone of voice and since I am paying for this, I expect nothing less! If you haven't bought this book yet, DONT DO IT! Nobody should buy this book! Maybe if you get it free you could listen, but paying for this whispering bull is nothing but money down the drain! I have never been so disappointed in a narrator in my life! This is the worst voice I have heard reading a book EVER! I dont have the words to tell you have bad this is. I am totally shocked, that's how bad it is! Totally Shocked!!!
