Book would be more helpful
I am a big fan of Jill and Mark they have helped me see things I hadn’t been able to see or want to see before and how to fix my marriage. This book would be best to have a hard copy because of all the things you will want to refer back to especially the prayers she recommends. Many of the topics covered in this book i had already read through another source, blog or podcast.
