Then a house guest eats a poisoned chocolate from a box addressed to Cordelia and dies. This latest tragedy helps Kitty to make progress in her investigations at last. But is Kitty floundering? Disliked this one
I have enjoyed all of these books until this one. I didn’t like the characters, they were unsympathetic in spite of the author’s attempt to make them “understandable.” I disliked the ending and it wasn’t believable given the build up. Listen to all the other books but skip this one.
