C J Archer ‘s Murder in the Drawing Room is really very good. Each book is better than the one before. I will definitely keep on the look out for the 4th book in June.

Kept me interested

I enjoy books that make me want to keep listening to find out whodunit. Cleo Fox is a fast favorite.

Fun

I was hooked on this author through the Glass and Steele novels. This one doesn’t disappoint. Though the token gay character might turn off some, it doesn’t overpower and adds to the story.

Fun English Mysteries

I have enjoyed all of the books in this series so far. They are fun and energetic. The narrator does an excellent job with the characters.

Cleo and Harry solve another Murder

CJ has done it again. I can predict which characters will fall in love from the beginning of a series but I can never guess who the killer is until the last few pages of each book.

Cleo continues her independent nature and grows more confident. She makes close friendships as she challenges the English class system. Her charm, wit, character qualities are endearing. I anxiously await book #4 in June and in the mean time i will read the Freak House #2 series and more

I had cataract surgery this week so I have really appreciated Audible even more than usual since me reading has been very difficult but I can still listen!!!
