My new favorite series!!!

I love the authors writing style, stories, and the characters! I can't wait until thebnext installment. We still haven't met the Admiral and I can't wait to read how he receives his new grandpupper. Excellent series!

Great Cozy Mystery

I love the sense of community and her developing independence. Baby is adorable and so loyal.

Maddy M brings the love for her friends that is not around in other stories. She’s a person who believes in the people she loves, wholeheartedly.
Maddy can read the patterns and clues others don’t see and will design them all together until the make sense or should I say mix them together and prepare them for baking! Go Maddy!

This story kept my interest with it’s twists and turns 👏👏 I like being able to imagine the story with descriptive her writing

A lot of fun!

I think this one is better than the first book. The first had to explain and setup the story but the second moves fast. All the characters were so entertaining, not over the top. Sometimes in cozy mysteries, there’s always one or two supporting characters that are over the top, which become annoying, not here. It is a fast fun listen, not too complicated but quite enjoyable and A LOT OF FUN!
Jasmin Walker’s performance was wonderful and believable.

Great Short Mystery

I usually hate "cozy mysteries", but this book and its predecessor are both fun and well-written without being painfully cheesy, filled with romance themes, and other usual cozy mystery problems. Instead, the characters are interesting and build from the first book, themes are diverse, and there seems to be a bigger theme building from the first book to a probable third book.

Great new series!

This series is lighthearted, fun, and funny - great characters and the narrator really brings them to life. Can’t wait for the next book!

Enjoyed the story and the characters in this book. I hope there is a 3rd book. Maybe the admiral will appear.
