I only got a few minutes in.

the pauses in the narration are very odd, it's reminiscent of being in elementary school and listening to kids reading it out loud. it bugged me too much to continue.

Bad Audio

There is unnecessary music constantly playing in the background, the sound quality of the recording is poor, and the cadence of the reading is odd, like it was the first time the reader ever read aloud. It was all very distracting and I found it unlistenable.

Wrong narrator

Gruff old unidentified man narrating with annoying piano music in the background. Not easy or pleasant to listen to.

Terrible cadence

I could not listen to it any more. It took away from Virginia Wollfe’s writing.

Worst performance I've come across on Audible

Couldn't listen to one minute. Horrible performance with mid-sentence stops and a strange way of reading. To make it even worse, there is background music that is actually foreground because it competes with the narrator -if I may call him so- for one's ears.
