Enchanting romance with a mystery twist
I had read this book earlier but I equally enjoyed the audio version, as well. I found the narrator’s accent added to the atmosphere, setting the stage to transport the reader into Rowena’s world. Make a cuppa, find a comfy chair, then sit back and enjoy!

Review of Morwen Cottage
This was a great mystery romance story. I especially loved how the author brought out the importance of friendships. The narrator brings the characters alive in a beautiful way. I would recommend this book to any female looking for a good mystery romance novel. I know I will be listening to it again in the future and I look forward to listening to more of this authors books. I appreciate it being audible as I have bad eyesight.

An Enjoyable Listen
Enjoyed listening to this novel. Suspense , romance,interesting characters, it had it all. Always looked forward to getting back to the story when I took a break.

Even better the second time around
I read the book a while back and it is one my all time favourite stories from a new author. Went on a road trip and got the audible version for my family and they now love Morwen Cottage, The accents were great and we were all hooked. The car was silent for 4 hours 21 minutes as we listened attentively to narrator who guided us through this suspenseful gripping story.
Recommend this to anyone, Plus Cornwall seems to play such a big part in the story at times I felt I was there.

Narrator’s accent was confusing from an American pov. If she was American, and he was British, where was the Irish (or Scottish?) lilt coming from… Otherwise she had good range for the different characters.

bad narrator
the narrator was so bad she just droned on in the same time, no inflection in her voice. it got monotonous enough I gave up not even 45 minutes in.
